Jogging

Jogging can be used as a simple aerobic activity, but a safe routine is more useful than trying to reproduce an old fixed exercise sequence.

A practical session Warm up with easy walking and joint movement. Then alternate comfortable jogging with walking according to your fitness level. Finish with slower walking so the body can settle gradually.

During the activity Use a pace that allows controlled breathing and relaxed movement. Keep the shoulders loose and avoid deliberately holding the breath. There is no need to combine jogging with forceful cleansing or advanced breathing techniques.

Safety checks Exercise on a suitable surface and increase training load gradually. Stop if you develop chest pain, faintness, severe breathlessness, or another unusual symptom. If you have a known health condition or have been inactive for a long period, ask a qualified professional about an appropriate starting level.

The goal is consistency A manageable routine performed regularly is generally more sustainable than an intense session that causes pain or excessive fatigue.
